That's related to:

Dec  1 16:20:25 tinderbox postgres[29053]: [1-1] ERROR:  column bp.last_fail_reason does not exist
Dec  1 16:20:25 tinderbox postgres[29053]: [2-1] ERROR:  relation "port_fail_reasons" does not exist

which is a table not created by the upgrade script.
