^C build, lose your ports directory

I had to ^C a build, and the next build removed my ports directory:

[/usr/ports/NEW/toycars] root at tinderbox>testport NEW/kdedict
mount_nullfs: Resource deadlock avoided
mount_nullfs: Resource deadlock avoided
INFO: Creating build directory for 6.0-FreeBSD from repository...
umount: unmount of /usr/space/6.0-FreeBSD/a/ports failed: Device busy
Cleanup of /usr/space/6.0-FreeBSD/a/ports failed!

Suggestion: if umount fails in lib/tinderbox_shlib.sh, exit the
program completly and not just print a warning.
