Please note that the code has been updated to incorporate the BEGIN
block from 'tc' to handle makemake being called from a directory other
than where all the .pm files are located.

Given these issues with perl modules, it may actually make sense to
write a devel/tinderbox port under the whole Tinderbox::* namespace,
