./tc addPort should magic mount jail src

Ok, what you mean is, that in case there are MOUNT_JAIL/PORTSTREE defined
in rawenv, mount the portstree/src into the build out of them and don't
try to mount from /space/jails|portstrees/src|ports which could fallback
which would fallback into nfsmounting them from localhost if these are
nullfs mounts and -nullfs isn't specified

What about adding -nullfs as an argument to tinderbuild?
