HEADS UP CCACHE USERS: Don't forget to build ccache on 6.0 and 7-CURRENT

You must rebuild ccache in order to use it with your 6.X and 7.X builds
now that the shared lib versions have been bumped.  If you don't, your
builds will fail with:

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libmd.so.2" not found, required by
"cc"
