I think this message maybe disregarded, but I wanted to report it anyway:

# ./create Jail -j 5.4 -d "FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE" -t RELENG_5_4_0_RELEASE -u
NONE
5.4: cleaning up any previous leftovers... done.
5.4: set up directory... done.
5.4: adding Jail to datastore... done.
5.4: initializing new jail...
chflags: /usr/home/tinderbox/jails/5.4/tmp: No such file or directory
make: don't know how to make world. Stop
ERROR: make world failed. See above output.
FAILED.

This jail was setup completely from HEAD without an issue. I in fact looked
into /usr/home/tinderbox/jails/5.4/tmp and did not see any files, but I do
remember world being built ok.
Thanks again!
