Ok.  I think we're in agreement here.  I would prefer '-R', given the  
prior art for capitalization elsewhere within tc.

However, I'll hold off on this change, and the lowercase schema  
megapatch, until 2.1.0 is out the door and the relevant tags are laid  
down for a -stable branch.
