A "wedge" in which the database reports the TB as building is easily
fixed by setting the build status to IDLE.  If a new tinderbuild won't
start, that's usually due to a stale lock file.  The other types of
wedges I've seen were caused by NFS live lock.  In that case, I had to
reboot the build machine, and restart the build.
