Ion and I got everything working properly. For some reason creating the first 
jail didn't roll the tarball and there were a couple of db problems but 
everything works as planned now.

I do have one request. Would you consider getting rid of the "ERROR: There are 
no more queued ports for this host in the datastore." messages? They get 
really annoying and It's easy enough to check what you have queued anyway. I 
don't really see a need for that message.
