You would want to specify either "-u NONE" or "-u USER" when creating
the ports tree.  If you use NONE, then no update script will be created.
It will be left up to you to fetch the ports tree.  If you specify USER,
then you need to create an update.sh script under
${pb}/portstrees/PORTSTREE.  This script will be used to fetch the ports
tree.
