Since the question has been raised: the difference between this and the
what tindy offers (.keep) is that using this hook one can have tindy
generate the WRKDIR tarball on global bases, choose if this should be
generated only for failed ports or for all. WebUI support should work
for for both hook and .keep generated WRKDIR tarballs.
