permissions on OPTIONS directories

ktrace didn't help me a lot, anyway i've monitored the process:
1. /space/options/${build} is mounted via nfs
2. suddenly, /space/${build}/var/db/ports gets the right owner 
(avilla:fbsdusers)
3. about five seconds later, it is reset to root:wheel (and 
/space/options/${build} with it)

as far as i see, building a port (on my system) doesn't change the 
owner of ${PORT_DBDIR}, so this doesn't look like a ports problem. 
now that i know when it happens, i'll have another try with ktrace
