tinderd_nice with files/extra-parallel.patch

Hi,

I've noticed that if you enable the parallel patch in tinderbox-devel,
then setting tinderd_nice="20" in /etc/rc.conf doesn't work. I can work
around it by simply adding a call to nice in front of the call to
tinderd in the resulting rc.d/tinderbox. But perhaps there's a better
way, such as changing the patch to work with rc.subr or having tinderd
spawn the processes instead of doing it in the rc script? What would the
best way be?
